The version of OpenBabel used in MORLD has been updated to 3.1.0. As a result, calculation speed has improved, allowing you to receive results faster.
Various bugs have been fixed to improve overall system stability.

MORLD v2.2.0 supports the functionality to specify atom element types. Now you can specify which atom types you want to allow in the fragment to be modified through the advanced options. By default, C, N, and O are specified.

The server now automatically preprocesses an uploaded PDB file. This preprocessing includes removing water molecules and ligands, leaving only the protein chains.
A progress bar has been added to the Queue page, allowing you to monitor your job progress in real-time.
Result files now include the input configuration file and the input PDB file for better reference and reproducibility.
Some text on the Job Submission page and Tutorial page has been revised for clarity.
